328 Bowery, New York, NY 10012, USA
Fashion retailer Kenneth Cole has opened an interactive concept store, enabling customers to snap Selfies and GIFs on the mirrors, browse the store’s inventory through the mirrors, and deliver anything, 24 hours a day, all throughout NYC.
From Noho.bid:
“The goal of the Kenneth Cole Bond and Bowery store was to merge the fusing of physical and virtual retail and to create a store that brings the consumer a unique experience. For example there is a curiosity table that will be an evolving space with reference to the brand’s fashion/style voice as well as it’s social voice.
Throughout the space, technology has been incorporated to invite consumer engagement and to define a curated personal shopping experience. The product story comes alive through a touch table complete with RFID technology and smartly placed tablets. There is a memory mirror to foster client/stylist engagement was well as allow customers to connect to social media.
Additional services include 24/7 service and same day delivery to NYC addresses.”
