Ayurveda and Anti-Inflammatory diets, especially the Meditteranean Diet, focusing on gut health, unprocessed food, and immunity, are on the rise. Functional-positioned food and beverage use claims that in the past were considered niche, and use ingredients from all over the world, often made known through social media influencers and creators.
Even the tea shelf at mainstream grocery chain Stop and Shop can demonstrate the broad scope of wellness in the category: functional, personal, “works for me”.
